Delta Labs ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally, to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.), or to PO Boxes. Orders with non-US shipping addresses will not be processed and will be refunded.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Product contents are not identified on the outside of packages to ensure privacy and security during transit.

Delta Labs's responsibility for an order ends once the carrier confirms delivery at the address provided. After carrier-confirmed delivery, the buyer assumes all risks of loss, theft, damage, or misplacement. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
Delta Labs shall not be responsible for shipping delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, carrier disruptions, supply chain issues, or public health emergencies.
